St.Anne's lays a lot of emphasis on all round development of the child and encourages students to take part in other events which will develop their skills. The school cabinet and the house system provides leadership growth opportunities and participation in sports an excellent avenue for students to compete with the best.

The students are divided into Four Houses and all activities are conducted by House Prefects, who are chosen from the topmost classes to help maintain discipline. The prefects meet once a month.
